University Painters Fills Area’s Painting Needs

University Painters, a nationwide chain that offers painting and maintenance has a franchise for the Piqua-Sidney area’s painting needs.
Chad Dulin, a Miami University student, is going to be running the business this summer. “I am doing estimates now but we will start production during the middle of May all the way through August,” he said.
University Painters is based in Alexandria, VA and has franchises in 21 states. They primarily specialize in interior and exterior painting as well as power washing. “We basically do any kind of exterior and maintenance that you can think of. We are a nationwide company,” said Dulin.
There is a two-year warranty on all external work. They use Sherman Williams “super” paint, “This is really high-quality paint. Super paint should last for 20 years. We want to give only the best in painting quality,” Dulin said.
There are experienced painters – all college students – currently employed at University Painting. Dulin says that he would like to hire between 15and 20 people.
“All the painters that I have hired must go through University Painters training. Everyone we have is good,” he said.
